CRM for an IT company
A CRM for a software company moving to React and Bootstrap: dashboard, projects, invoices, leads and clients, chat, leave and a task calendar.

Context
Navoto.com adopted React and Bootstrap and needed one CRM for internal operations, with analytics, cleaner workflows and support for several departments. The team: two designers, one product manager and five or more engineers.
Problem
- Limited functionality: the old CRM was too simple for different departments.
- Missing department features: people struggled with project management, invoicing and tracking.
- No central place for real-time collaboration, chat and notifications.
- A cluttered, outdated interface that made navigation hard and slowed people down.
What I did
- Interviewed project managers, developers, sales reps and finance teams about workflows, clients, projects and invoices.
- Reviewed HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Salesforce for good patterns and gaps.
- Built an information architecture that grew with the project, then low-fidelity wireframes of user journeys.
- Made interactive Figma prototypes and had team members complete real tasks. Then refined dashboard hierarchy, added progress indicators, sped up lead and client navigation and added shortcuts such as New Project and New Invoice.
- Used the Falcon Design System as the component base and ran early internal A/B tests on dashboard layouts, navigation and forms.
Deliverables
- Dashboard with KPIs
- Projects, invoices, leads and clients
- Messaging and notifications
- Leave and vacation management
- Schedule, calendar and task list
- Data export
Outcome
A modern, scalable CRM for internal operations. There are no quantitative results to report from this project.
With more time I would have added analytics to measure feature use and refine workflows from real data.
